Returns and Complaints
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) 2000, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without given reason within 14 working days from the date of receiving the order. Order has to be sent back to the company address. Shop will only accept return of unopened and unused items .Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of the date of receiving the return order. All complaints in relation to purchase, order or Terms and Conditions should be addressed to shop via email on email@example.com. The Seller will issue the final response to the customer within 14 working days from the date of receiving the order. Refunds for successful complaints (reduced by shipping costs) will be processed within 5 to 10 working days from the date of issue the final response into the bank account appointed by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for the return costs.
